Neoadjuvantní léčba pacientek s HER2 pozitivním karcinomem prsu

SOUHRN

Léčba biokátory receptoru 2 pro lidský epidermáiní růstový faktor (human epidermai growth factor receptor 2, HER2) představuje jednoznačně standard v neoadjuvantní iéčbě pacientek s HER2 pozitivním karcinomem prsu. Po řadu iet používané kombinaci trastuzumabu s chemoterapií se nově do standardů dostala kombinace trastuzumabu s pertuzumabem. Co se týká dalších moiekui, jako je iapatinib, kombinace iapatinibu s trastuzumabem či trastuzumab emtansinem, tyto molekuly (kombinace) v tuto chvíli nepřinesly přesvědčivé výsledky a je třeba vyčkat výsledků dalších studií před zařazením do standardní neoadjuvantní iéčby. Tento text si kiade za cíi shrnout studie, které zkoumaly anti-HER2 iéčbu v neoadjuvantním podání.

SUMMARY

Anti-HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 blockade) therapy represents without doubts the gold standard in the neoadjuvant treatment of the HER2-positive breast cancer patients. After long period of usage trastuzumab as single anti-HER2 molecule, the combination of trastuzumab with pertuzumab represents the new standard of care. Other molecules such as lapatinib, combination of lapatinib with trastuzumab or trastuzumab emtansine or their combinations didn't show clear benefit in the treatment and is necessary to wait until further results are published before their integration into standards of neoadjuvant treatment. This paper aims to summarize the clinical trials with anti-HER2 treatment in the neoadjuvant setting.
